20181227_142516.gifTo make sure that you have a life like hairline instead of cutting your lace with a normal scissor, you should use a pair of serrated scissors, you can find from Amazon or your local arts and crafts shop, or laying around the house actually. This first step is key and only comes up handy in the end of the steps when installing your Lace Wig. So be sure to cut far enough to have a realistic line, but not too far so that the adhesive does not stick onto the baby hair's ... Lord knows that happens all to often.

Next What you want to do after cutting your hair line, is to outline on your forehead the line of the wigs hair line, this is all great prep work for applying your adhesive and making sure that it does not attack you actual hair line this can cause a nasty ripping of your own scalp. This guide is essential, and will provide your own hair with room to grow when you have regrowth and will still look like the hair is growing out of your scalp.

animation27e398b8d5f90d5e3.gifNow its REALLY important that you use a scalp protector, I mean I see a lot of people install wings on their own and they don't use scalp protection... Gurrl, you have to use this, Its an inexpensive way to make sure your fine hairs are protected from any residue of the adhesive that leaks back into the scalp.

animation0007c3dd74a0833f.gifNext you want to lay down 3 layers... yes Gurrl 3 LAYER'S of your adhesive, now, if you are using a strong wig glue then sure its up to you, but since we are using a normal hold, of adhesive, we will lay down 3 layers, each time waiting for that tacky feeling before laying on the next layer, here a simple semi strong flat is being used to smooth out out the adhesive, but you can also separate a mini brush applicator just for this that would be great too, but don't forget to immediately wash off the residue from the application so you aren't throwing away brushes each time you apply a wig.

FINALLY... Last step before styling is securing your lace Wig starting from the middle point and laying down the sides.
